Simple Steps to Regain Access to Your Accounting Portal

In case you're having trouble logging into your accounting portal and your account is already activated, resetting your password is a quick and easy process. Follow these steps to create a new password for your account. If your account hasn’t been activated, please contact your accounting firm for a new invitation to the portal.

Step 1: Initiate Password Reset

Begin the process to reset your password:

  • On the login page of your portal, find and click the “Forgot Password?” button.
  • A “Forgot Password” window will then appear for you to proceed.

Step 2: Provide Your Email

Provide your registered email address:

  • In the provided field, enter the email address associated with your user account.
  • Click the “Reset Password” button to receive reset instructions via email.

Step 3: Access Your Reset Email

Check your email for the password reset instructions:

  • Go to the email inbox where your original user invitation was sent.
  • Look for the password reset email and open it.

Step 4: Reset Your Password

Create your new password:

  • In the email, click on the “Reset My Password” button. This will open a new browser window.
  • Enter a new, unique password in the “Password” field.
  • Re-enter the same password in the “Confirm Password” field for verification.

Step 5: Save and Proceed

Finalize your new password:

  • Click the “Save Password” button.
  • This action will redirect you back to the login page of your portal.

Step 6: Set Up Two-Factor Authentication

Secure your account with two-factor authentication:

  • Upon logging in with your new password, you’ll be prompted to set up two-factor authentication.
