Matching a transaction with corresponding transactions already in the general ledger ensures accuracy in your financial records.

Select the Client:
- Begin by navigating to the client for whom you want to match transactions.

Open Transaction Manager:
- Access the Transaction Manager module within your accounting platform.

Locate the Transaction:
- Find the transaction you wish to match. Utilize available filters to simplify your search.

Identify Potential Matches:
- In the Action column of the transaction, look for the icon, indicating that the system has detected one or more potential matches. If this icon is not present, it means there are no potential matches for that transaction.

Initiate Matching Process:
- Click the "Find a Match" button to view a list of potential matches.

Review Potential Matches:
- A popup window will display the potential matches. You may see a confidence indicator next to a transaction, suggesting that AutoPush has identified it as a potential match:

Filter and Select Matches:
- Use the filters to narrow down your potential matches.
- Once you've identified the correct match(es), put a checkmark in the tick box next to the matched transaction(s).

Confirm the Match:
- Click the "Match" button, located in the lower right corner of the window. You might need to scroll down to see this button.

Finalize the Process:
- After matching, your transaction will move to the Processed tab.
- The "Matched" label will appear in the Payee and Category fields of the transaction.
- A Match icon will also be displayed next to the transaction, indicating that it has been successfully matched.

View Match Details:
You can click on the Match icon anytime to displaythe details of the match.
