[LIVE] May 21 Update

Your portal keeps getting better. Here are the updates we're releasing as of May 21, 2024.

JE Automation

  • New JE Automation Module
    The highly manual work of recording journal entries for loan splits (principal and interest) is now automated with JE Automation. This feature is only available for users using QBO on our tech-only platform. The JE automation module only supports loan splits for stated rate loans in this release, but will open to other JE and interest types in the near future, so keep an eye out!  Learn More!

Activity Hub

  • Bot Review Comments Now Appear in Activity Hub
    Comments left in Bot Review will now show up in Activity Hub, bringing comments from all modules to one central location. Users may also filter for Bot Review comments in Activity Hub. Note: clients cannot see Bot Review or any comments left in it, and therefore cannot be tagged in Bot Review.

Transaction Manager

  • Check Date Editing
    For transactions associated with a check, users can now edit the check date to align with when it was recorded, rather than when it cleared.

Transaction Manager and Bot Review

  • Transaction Class & Customer/Project Columns added 
    Columns have been added to Transaction Manager and Bot Review’s main tables, where users can view or edit the class or customer/project for each transaction.
  • Clearing a Payee From a Transaction
    The payee fields in Transaction Manager and Bot Review can now be completely cleared by clicking the X button to the right of the Payee name. Client admin and client ops roles can only do this if they are the assignee.

Close Tracker

  • New Close Tracker Added for both Global (across all clients) and Client Views
    When no client is selected (Global View), a new left-navigation menu item named Close Tracker allows firms to view and/or manage close status across all clients in the system, depending on service package chosen. Edits made here will reflect on the new Close Tracker tab as seen in Bot Review.

    When a client has been selected (Client View), a new tab in Bot Review named Close Tracker allows users to see their clients’ close status. Depending on the service package, the user may also be able to update the close status and add notes. Edits made here will reflect on the global view. Learn More!

Work

  • Edits to task instructions can be applied to all future recurrences 
    Partner users who are editing task instructions now have the option to apply their edits to all future instances of the task, or leave them as a one-time edit.
  • Add or delete tasks from existing projects on the projects tab
    Users can add or delete tasks from open or upcoming projects in the Projects tab.

Portal Manager

  • Editing client name and DBA in Infinite tech-only
    Partner Admin users using our tech-only platform can now edit client details after a client is added, including their name and, if applicable, DBA name.
