How to Manage Notifications

Click the gear icon in the upper right corner to get started managing your notifications settings.

Managing Notifications

Accessing Notifications:
In the upper right menu pane, you'll find a bell icon () accompanied by a counter bubble. This feature alerts you to system notifications, with the bubble indicating the number of unread notifications.

Types of Notifications:

  • Comments: Receive notifications when you are mentioned (@mentioned) in a comment.
  • Tasks: Notifications may be triggered in several scenarios:
    • A task you created is marked as done.
    • A task you created is deleted.
    • A task is assigned to you.
  • Transaction Manager: Get notified when a transaction is assigned to you.

Accessing Notification Settings:
The gear wheel icon () on the upper right menu pane represents your notification settings.

Adjusting Your Preferences:

  • Notification Channels: Choose to receive notifications either in-app or via email, as specified in your profile.
  • Frequency Options: For some notifications, you have the flexibility to receive them in real-time, or as part of a daily or weekly digest.
