      Duplicate, Move, or Delete a Widget in Business Insights

Whether you need to replicate a widget for different analyses, move it to another client's dashboard, or remove it entirely, these processes are straightforward. Below are the steps for each action.

      Duplicating a Widget

      1. Locate the Widget:

        • Find the widget you wish to duplicate on your dashboard.

      2. Initiate Duplication:

        • Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the widget.

      3. Duplicate the Widget:

        • Select "Duplicate" from the dropdown menu.
        • The widget will be duplicated and placed on top of the existing widget.

      4. Reposition the Duplicated Widget:

        • Click and drag the duplicated widget to your preferred location on the dashboard.

      5. Resize the Widget:

        • Adjust the widget's size by clicking and dragging the hash marks in the lower right corner.

      6. Refresh Your Dashboard:

        • Refresh your screen to finalize the placement of your newly created widget.

      Moving a Widget to Another Client

      1. Access the Widget:

        • Navigate to the widget you want to move.

      2. Open Move Options:

        • Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the widget and select "Move."

      3. Select New Client Dashboard:

        • In the popup window, use the dropdown in the Dashboard field to select the client name of the dashboard you want to move the widget to.

      4. Move the Widget:

        • Click the "Move Widget" button.
        • Your dashboard will refresh, and you’ll be directed to the selected client dashboard.

      5. Configure Widget If Needed:

        • If you need to update the data source for the widget, follow the steps in the 'Configure a Widget' section.

      6. Finalize the Dashboard:

        • Refresh your screen to set your dashboard with the moved widget.

      Deleting a Widget

      1. Select the Widget:

        • Go to the widget you wish to delete.

      2. Initiate Deletion:

        • Click the three dots in the upper right corner and select "Delete."

      3. Confirm Deletion:

        • A popup window will appear for confirmation. Click the "Remove Widget" button.

      4. Confirm Removal:

        • The widget will be removed from the dashboard.
