Whether it’s a late night search, or you’re just looking for a quick interaction, sometimes you just don’t want to deal with a human. Which is why we’ve recently added the “SupportBot” option for BMCA customers. 


Chatbots are an increasingly popular way to reach out for support from service providers. This AI-powered functionality provides our customers with self-service options that allow them real-time assistance and provide greater flexibility. 

Simply open up the SupportBot chat widget. It will use your inputs to guide you to the appropriate resource, attempt to answer your questions and if desired, escalate your inquiry to someone on our human team for follow-up on your behalf.

To access the SupportBot

  • As a BMCA customer, the SupportBot will be accessible to you on both the Knowledge Base & Help Center page, as well as throughout the entire BMCA website. 
  • To use, locate the bottom right of your BMCA account, and click the “Help” icon to access the Knowledge Base & Help Center, or click “Knowledge Base & Help Center” within our main site navigation for quick and easy access. 
  • Our SupportBot will automatically pop open to make itself available for any questions or guidance needed. You can engage with the SupportBot as you would with a human. Using your inputs, the AI will take steps to find you the solution you need, serve up knowledge base articles, and/or escalate your request to our human team.
