Transactions can either be simply added to the GL or added and marked as reviewed simultaneously.
Steps to Add a Transaction to the GL

Locate the Desired Transaction:
- Identify the transaction you wish to add to the GL. This will be a transaction that is currently in the bank feed state and not yet posted to the GL.

Initiate the Addition Process:
- Click the "three dots" (•••) on the line of the respective transaction. This action will reveal additional options for that transaction.

Choose the Appropriate Action:
- From the dropdown list, select either:
- "Add to GL" if you wish to simply add the transaction to the GL.
- "Add to GL and Mark Reviewed" if you want to add the transaction to the GL and mark it as reviewed in one step.

Review the Processed Transaction:
- After selecting your option, the transaction will be moved to the "Processed" tab within the Transaction Manager module.
- The transaction will also be posted to your client's GL.
Key Points to Remember
- Choice of Action: You have the flexibility to either add the transaction to the GL for later review or add and mark it as reviewed simultaneously, depending on your workflow and the specific requirements of the transaction.
- Processed Tab: Once the transaction is processed, it's important to review it in the Processed tab to ensure it has been correctly categorized and recorded in the GL.
